Fires. A Joint Professional Bulletin for U.S. Field and Air Defense Artillerymen. May-June 2010

Abstract

Founded in 2007, Fires serves as a forum for the professional discussions of U.S. Army and Marine Field Artillery (FA) and Army Air Defense Artillery (ADA) professionals, both active and Reserve Component (RC); disseminates professional knowledge about the FA's and ADA's progress, developments and best use in campaigns; cultivates a common understanding of the power, limitations and application of joint fires, both lethal and nonlethal; fosters joint fires interdependency among the armed services; and promotes the understanding of and interoperability between the FA's and ADA's active and RC units--all of which contribute to the good of the FA and ADA, Army, joint and combined forces, and our nation.
