Abstract

Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) successfully accomplished all programmatic responsibilities. There were no significant changes in research objectives. A no cost extension was granted on october 15, 2010. There was not a change in the AFOSR Program Manager, but there was a change in the Thurgood Marshall College Fund's Program Manager/Principal Investigator.
