Boeing SBIR/STTR Program Overview

Abstract

The briefing discusses Boeing's roll in supporting the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program through subcontracts with small businesses, partnerships under SBIR Technology Transition Plans (STTPs), and active increase of high-tech small business suppliers. SBIR topic review process has been revised to engage Engineering to assure alignment with Must Design strategy. Solicitation topic review process has been enhanced to assure pursuit of appropriate technologies for new markets.
