Real-time Kinematics Base Station and Survey Unit Setup Method for the Synchronous Impulse Reconstruction (SIRE) Radar

Abstract

This report provides a description of the real-time kinematics (RTK) global positioning system (GPS) operation and setup procedure to provide real-time survey data for the Synchronous Impulse Reconstruction (SIRE) radar. These accurate position data allow proper real-time registration of surveyed points of interest with the SIRE radar imagery.
