Breast Cancer Endothelial Cell Calcium Dynamics Using Two-Photon Microscopy
Abstract
Control murine liver endothelial cells and murine breast tumor endothelial cells were isolated and plated for imaging and flow cytometry experiments. I have found interesting differences between normal and tumor endothelial cells well worth further studying. Specifically, I have found that the response of tumor endothelial cells to VEGF is the same regardless of whether or not they have been serum-starved.
