A Comparative Analysis of Computed and Measured SAR Images of Complex Targets

Abstract

Computational radar target signature generation is considered as an integral component of a future target recognition system. It provides a comprehensive reference library database for target identification of a wide variety of targets, for example, aircraft, marine vessels and ground vehicles. Compiling an operational library will require an electromagnetic code that is capable of generating reliable and robust radar target signatures.
