A Qualitative Data Collection Strategy for Africa

Abstract

This document presents a qualitative data collection strategy (QDCS) to address gaps in qualitative data that exist in models, simulations, and relevant tools currently being used to analyze the African continent. It is based on the findings of two previous phases of research that identify the most pressing qualitative gaps and the collection of insights from native African researchers to identify the types of data that have the greatest explanatory power in the African context.
