Abstract
This report is the product of the second phase of research for the U.S. Air Force Engineering and Services Laboratory, performed under NASA/JPL management, under JPL contract number 955887, "USAF Thermal Applications Analysis." The first phase of research was a generic USAF applications analysis, as reported in "USAF Solar Thermal Applications Overview," dated May 4, 1981.
