Securing America's Future through Security Cooperation

Abstract

This research project examines how the Army assesses to determine requirements and prioritization to achieve the ends, ways and means for security cooperation. Important to this analysis is an examination of how the Army will posture forces in order to meet existing and emerging requirements. Finally, an assessment of current Army implementation strategy will determine if adjustments are required to accomplish security cooperation missions and identify areas of risk.
