Abstract

This Instruction: (1) Reissues Reference (a) as a DoD Instruction in accordance with the guidance in Reference (b) and the authority in References (c) and (d); (2) Establishes policy, provides procedures, and assigns responsibilities for the Department of Defense Federal Advisory Committee Management Program in accordance with sections 102-3.5 through 102-3.185 of Reference (d), and Appendix of title 5, United States Code (U.S.C.) (Reference (e)).
