Establishing Research and Management Priorities for Monoecious Hydrilla

Abstract

a) A synthesis of key points from presentations and discussions following a September 2012 Symposium on the Biology and Management of Monoecious Hydrilla, b) Background information on monoecious hydrilla and a description of why the spread of this biotype into the northern tier states should concern policymakers and resource managers, and c) A list of research and management priorities for monoecious hydrilla that will serve to address significant information gaps and encourage innovative approaches to this problem.
