Section 1566, Title 10, United States Code, Voting assistance; compliance assessments; assistance, as amended, requires that the Inspectors General of the Army, the Navy, the Air Force, and the Marine Corps conduct an annual review of the effectiveness of voting assistance programs; and an annual review of the compliance with voting assistance programs of that Service.
