Abstract

Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) was tasked by NAVFAC HQ with facilitating a pilot study on the use of B20 Biodiesel (20 % biofuel mixed with 80 % fossil fuel oil hereafter referred to as B20) heating fuel at St. Juliens Creek Annex,NNSY VA, Central Heating Plant.
