LAR: More Than Just a System, It is a Mindset

Abstract

The Light Armored Reconnaissance (LAR) community can set the necessary conditions to posture LAR units to be effective in the future operating environment by developing a vision statement and enhancing current doctrine that defines the role of LAR units across the range of military operations.
