Revamping Civilian Leadership Development in the Marine Corps

Abstract

The Marine Corps should be investing more in civilian leadership development and must make its use involuntary for career progression. This study endeavors to resolve whether revamping civilian leadership development was warranted, what has been done, and whether or not it's working, within defined civilian leadership competencies.
