How Can the Deactivation of the Marine Prowler Community Best Serve the Marine Corps?

Abstract

This paper serves as one proposal for how the Marine Corps can utilize the entire community of highly qualified and experienced Prowler aviators while affording other aviation occupational specialties a chance to become healthy again after eight long years of war have eroded their corporate knowledge, experience, and manpower.
