Electrically Tuneable EBG Integrated Circuits

Abstract

The goal of this research effort is to implement dynamically-tuneable Electromagnetic BandGap (EBG) circuits for filtering in an integrated circuit (IC) fabrication processes leveraging a technique previously developed for Printed Circuit Board (PCB).
