Report on the International Rarefied Gas Dynamics Symposium (29th) held in Xi'an, China on 13-18 July 2014

Abstract

This document aims to provide information to the United States Air Force about the current status of research in rarefied gas dynamics and related fields, primarily via the 29th International Symposium on Rarefied Gas Dynamics (RGD29) held in Xi'an, China, July 13-18, 2014. The RGD Symposia take place every two years. They are a forum at which scientists and engineers report new developments in the field.
