Abstract

We are providing this report for your information and action. We conducted an investigation in response to an anonymous DoD IG Hotline allegation that the Joint lED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO), Counter-IED Operations/Intelligence Integration Center (COIC) illegally or inappropriately collected information about U.S. persons.
