CMMI Process Performance Models and Baselines are not clearly understood. Historical misconceptions resulting in lackluster results, opportunity to leverage proven Six Sigma toolkit. Confusion exists regarding the applicability of CMMI Process Performance Models and Baselines to small organizational settings. Small settings in this workshop refers to projects of 3-9 months. Duration with 3-10 staff. Performance results must be elevated above compliance to a given model.
