HAMS II Quarterly Progress Report (Technical and Financial)

Abstract

The Hypoxia, Monitoring, and Mitigation System (HAMS) program is progressing as expected with no technical issues to report. The program consists of two baseline tasks and three optional task. Work has been started on Task 1. Optional Tasks 3, 4, and 5 have not been exercised. An initial system block diagram has been created as well as a selection of target microprocessor. Both algorithms developed under Phase I of HAMS (Parametric and Neurological State Models) remain viable for use in this follow-on effort. We recommend that the program continue as scheduled assuming the remaining funding is obligated to the contract.
