Cold Environment Assessment Tool (CEAT) User's Guide for Apple Mobile Devices

Abstract

Working in cold environments can adversely impact Soldier effectiveness and result in serious health effects or even death. This technical note describes an easy to use mobile application that can be used to provide guidance to help mitigate these effects.
