Thermoelectric Transducer Using Bio Nano Process

Abstract

As an application to thermos transducer, bio nano process was developed. Distance controlled nanoparticles (NPs) array was investigated using a simple spin coating process. It was found that the separation distance of NPs was controlled at the nanoscale by using Poly-Ethylene Glycols (PEGs).
