Development of a Coastal Ocean Lagrangian (COOL) Float

Abstract

The long-term goal is to understand the structure and dynamics of the cross-shelf/vertical circulation under different forcing conditions such as Ekman upwelling-favourable winds. To determine how small-scale mixing processes affect this circulation.
