RT 128: New Project Incubator

Abstract

Under SERC, there is a need to support new ideas to support critical research and emerging challenges. This incubation capability will be supported by an annual open call to the SERC research collaborating universities through the Incubator Project. This report contains the strategy and results for the project during the 2014-2015 period, and white papers with presentations of each selected project: Multilevel Framework of System Safety, Technical Debt in Software Systems, Formal Methods in Resilient Systems Using Flexible Contracts, Foundations of Systems Engineering, and Model-Centric Government-Industry Collaborative Environments.
