Imaging Prostate Cancer Microenvironment by Collagen Hybridization

Abstract

Experiments using CMP9-IRDye800CW to map collagen remodeling signatures within mice bearing a range of selected subcutaneous prostate cancer xenografts resulted in the observation of a trend in which CMP-800 accumulates with higher density in rapidly growing tumors.
