Environmental Assessment for the Education Center Complex Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas

Abstract

The United States Air Force (USAF) prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) of the potential environmental consequences of proposed construction of an Education Center Complex at Little Rock Air Force Base (LRAFB). The EA was completed pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); the Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) regulations implementing NEPA (Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations [CFR] Sections 1500- 1508), Department of Defense (DoD) Directive 6050.1, 32 CFR Part 989, and Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32-7061.
