Final Environmental Assessment: Lodging Improvements

Abstract

The 89th Airlift Wing (89 AW) at Andrews Air Force Base (AFB) has prepared an environmental assessment (EA) for lodging improvements located on Andrews AFB in Prince George's County, Maryland, as described in the next paragraph and which is hereby incorporated by reference. This EA has been accomplished pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEP A); the Council of Environmental Quality regulations implementing the NEPA; Department of Defense (DoD) Directive 6050.1, Environmental Effects in the United States of DoD Actions; and 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 989, which is implemented by Air Force Instruction (AFI) 32-7061, The Environmental Impact Analysis Process.
