Environmental Assessment of Entry Control Point Upgrades for Dover Air Force Base, Delaware

Abstract

The 436th Airlift Wing (436 AW) of the United States Air Force (USAF) has proposed to accomplish Entry Control Point (ECP) upgrades for Dover Air Force Base (AFB), Delaware. Dover AFB proposes to modify the three primary ECPs on the base to improve security and safety. The Proposed Action and the No Action Alternative were assessed in the attached Environmental Assessment (EA). Dover AFB is a USAF base under the Air Mobility Command (AMC) and is headquarters to the 436 A W. The 436 A W provides support for Dover AFB, including financial, personnel, housing, maintenance, legal, recreational, medical, fire protection, base security, and chaplain services.
