Final Environmental Assessment for the New Temporary Lodging Facility at Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina

Abstract

Pursuant to the Council on Environmental Quality regulations for implementing the procedural provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 989, Environmental Impact Analysis Process (EIAP), Charleston Air Force Base (CAFB) has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) for this action. The purpose of the EA is to determine the extent of environmental impacts that may result from construction of a new Temporary Lodging Facility (TLF) and to evaluate whether these impacts, if any, will be significant.
