Abstract
The purpose of this document is to define the support responsibilities of the USAF Weapons and Tactics Center (USAF WTC) and to identify the support requirements of the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Nellis, as mutually agreed upon under the terms of this agreement. This agreement prescribes the use of certain facilities at Nellis AFB by personnel of the Federal Bureau of Prisons as mutually agreed upon by the Commander of Nellis AFB or designated official and the Warden, Federal Bureau of Prisons. Command jurisdiction will be exercised by the Weapon and Tactics Center Commander, Nellis AFB as designated in accordance with provisions of AFR 35-54 and Headquarters ACC. Mission: IT IS THE MISSION OF THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF PRISONS, FEDERAL PRISON CAMP, TO PROTECT SOCIETY BY CONFINING OFFENDERS IN THE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENTS THAT ARE SAFE. HUMANE, COST EFFICIENT AND APPROPRIATELY SECURE AND THAT PROVIDE WORK AND OTHER SELF IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO ASSIST OFFENDERS IN BECOMING LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS.
