Abstract

This document describes the overall study methodology and a range of scenarios describing global conditions, the US health system, and military health in the 2020. It also outlines a draft vision and shared identity statement, a set of long term audacious goals and strategies, and a set of near term strategies that compliment the current MHSS Strategic Plan.
