Nitroguanidine - Manufacture and Use in German Propellants and High Explosive Shells.

Abstract

This report covers three general phases of nitroguanidine; (1) Manufacture; (2) Use in propellants; and (3) Use as a high explosive. The information on manufacture was obtained mainly from Dr. Walter Schnurr of Dynamit A.G.; on nitroguanadine propellants from Dr. Schnurr and others; and on high explosives loads from Dr. Morhardt of CPVA at Danisch-Nienhof.
