Abstract

Given are the views of affected state and Federal agencies to the two plans for rediverting part of the Cooper River outflow from Lake Moultrie. Rediversion is necessary to reduce the maintenance dredging load in Charleston harbor caused by the increased sedimentation from diverted Santee River water.
