Analysis of Ejectors Used as Supersonic Propelling Nozzles for Jet Engines,

Abstract

The need of efficient exhaust systems for supersonic aircraft has caused an increasing use of ejectors as propelling nozzles. The purpose of this work is to provide analytical methods for determination of ejector characteristics and pressure distribution along the ejector wall, required for thrust performance predictions.
