Centrifugally-Cast Steel of Gun Forging Grade,

Abstract

The object of this investigation was to determine the effect of various alloys and combinations of alloys in steel of gun forging grade as applied to centrifugal castings. The investigation is preliminary in nature and is the first attempt to centrifugally cast a variety of steels.
