Prime Contract Awards by Region and State, Fiscal Years 1972, 1973, 1974.
Abstract
This pamphlet contains a record of military prime contract awards of $10,000 or more in fiscal years 1972 through 1974 which are assignable by state and census region. Two types of information are presented in this pamphlet. In Part 'A', data are shown for all military prime contracts by state and census region, and individual tables are shown for each state breaking out total procurement according to 25 major categories of supplies, equipment and services. Part 'B' covers procurement for research, development, test and evaluation (RDT/E) work by state and census region. These amounts are included in Part 'A'. The RDT/E total for each state is subdivided to show awards to educational institutions, other nonprofit institutions, and business firms.
