Upper Mississippi River Dredge Disposal Survey and Testing (Pools 9 & 10).

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to search for and evaluate the scientific significance of archaeological sites which could have been destroyed by the deposition of dredge spoil at 12 dredge disposal sites on the Mississippi River. No significant archaeological remains were found. (Author)
