Subacute Toxicity Study in Swine.

Abstract

The simultaneous oral administration of chloroquine, primaquine, and D.F.D. did not produce clinically detectable changes or gross or microscopic lesions in pigs. The only consistent change observed in the study was an increase in methemoglobin concentration.
