Detection and Measurement of Antigen-Antibody Reactions

Abstract

Considerable progress has been made in the development of the polarometer. Some improvement in sensitivity has been achieved by changes in optical design and incorporation of a more efficient light source. Keywords: U/A Reports, Immunology, Antigen-antibody reactions, Chemical analysis, Medical instrumentation, Computer techniques, Fluorescence polarization, IBM 7090, Data processing, Diphtheria, Toxoid antitoxin system.
