Archaeological Reconnaissance of the Reelfoot Lake-Lake Number 9, Project Impact Area Fulton County, Kentucky and Lake County, Tennessee.
Abstract
The present study involved walking the route of the affected area wherever possible, covering a strip approximately 150 feet either side of the indicated channel route. Since effective site location requires a clean soil surface with exposure to at least one rain after plowing, much of the affected area could not be examined properly.
