Army Materiel Command, Contamination Survey, Rocky Mountain Arsenal.

Abstract

The U.S. Army Technical Escort Center (TEC) was directed to conduct a survey of Rocky Mountain Arsenal to determine the types and extent of contamination. This plan addresses the following areas of concern: (a) what agents/munitions by type are stored at RMA, (b) what areas have been contaminated either through production, storage, burial or disposal, and what constitutes contamination, (c) what areas could be cleaned using TEC personnel and what areas require work by outside AMC agencies such as Corps of Engineers. The appendices include a section-by-section survey and also a buildings survey.
