Operation TUMBLER.
Abstract
This report of Operation TUMBLER was prepared in order to consolidate in one place and correlate the major experimental results from this operation. Chapter 1 outlines the objectives of the tests and the major conclusions of interest to Department of Defense research and development and operational planning agencies. The remainder of the report includes a more detailed presentation, discussion, and analysis of the experimental data.
