OPERATION HARDTACK. Project 10.1. Report to the Scientific Director. Fireball Yields,

Abstract

The yields for the LASL shots of OPERATION HARDTACK, Project 10.1, have been calculated from fireball diameter-time data using several related methods. Data were obtained with high-speed motion-picture photography. Zero-frame time was determined by comparing the fireball diameters obtained from the motion-picture film with the diameter-time curve. Other methods and techniques used for determining and calculating yields are given. Keywords: Fireball Yields.
