Analysis of Stereo-Photographic Projections

Abstract

In this report a simple and universal analysis for converting independent stereo-photographic projections of a projectile to its three- dimensional coordinates has been developed. The input requirements are the radiation cource and film image coordinates. Additionally, sample fortran and basic computer programs for carrying out the calculations have been presented. These programs can be easily adapted to obtain projectile axes by locating two points, and similarly, planes can be obtained by locating three points.
