Engineering Study of Jet Airmix Fire Suppression

Abstract

Present state of the art technology is capable of preventing the occurrence of catastrophic events in the event of a dust explosion. A rupture disk satisfies the criteria for venting and an ultraviolet type sensor satisfies the criteria for detection. A manufacturers' survey indicates that off-the-shelf items with minimum delivery time are readily available with more than a single supplier for end type device.
