A Frequency-Modulated Instrumentation System for High-Explosive Ground Motion, Airblast, and Structure Response Tests

Abstract

An analysis of currently used data transfer systems for instrumentation provides several options for improvement. These options are examined in light of modern intagrated circuit technology and one option explored. This results in a detailed specification and design for a system which was built and tesed. The system provides eight-FM multiplex channels of ten kilohertz data.
