Abstract
This final technical report describes, in detail, the production engineering of the Transcalent thyristor and all its parts; assembling and processing procedures for the thyristor, as well as, testing circuits and test results. Each of these topics is discussed in detail as they progressed in the contract through fabrication of the engineering samples, confirmatory samples, and a Pilot Production Run. (Author)
