Abstract
The Hydrazine-Hydroxylamine Preparation and Tests report details the investigation to characterize an improved monopropellant from blends of hydrazine, hydroxylamine, and their derivatives. The characterization of various blends are discussed and the development of MHF-9 and its properties are documented. (Author)
