Enhanced SEEK IGLOO Life Cycle Cost Model. Supplement I.

Abstract

Several improvements and adjustments have been made to the original SEEK IGLOO Life Cycle Cost (LCC) Model presented in ESD-TR-78-155, Vols. I, II and III. The resulting 'Enhanced' SEEK IGLOO LCC Model is fully documented in this Supplement. This enhanced LCC Model is currently being used by the government in the evaluation of proposed designs for the the Air Force SEEK IGLOO Radar System. Successive sections of this document presents, respectively, a general summary of the LCC Model, a detailed explanation of the equations for the 10 Cost Elements of the model, an exposition on the LCC Sensitivity Analysis component of the model, and instructions on the technical operation of the computerized LCC Model.
